Year after year, Mustang enthusiast are always looking for that unique quality that makes their pony stand out from the herd.  One of the most common targets to be upgraded first is the always popular exhaust note.  Changing the way a vehicle sounds, alters the way it is perceived and ultimately makes or breaks the intimidation factor of a street driven muscle car.  Not only have we found a way to produce the perfect note, but we've done it with style and added 9 HP at the wheels! 

The muffler maintains a straight through pathway for maximum horsepower support but at the same time has a tuning element after the split. In order to have the unique sound and reduce the cabin drone, the muffler employs a tuning tube that cancels the unwanted sounds while keeping the desirable, all while not creating unwanted restriction. This exhaust is stock on all 2013 Mustang RTR's and is now available separately for 2011-13 GT models! The new RTR Muffler has been finished with a Black Ceramic protective coating to give this exhaust a dark and intimidating appeal while providing a high temperature thermal barrier for additional protection from the elements.
