FREE SHIPPING ITEMS
Any item listed as free shipping to the lower 48 states will be exactly that, we do not charge tax to any USA customer in any state.
ALL ITEMS WILL SHIP FROM USA IF YOUR ARE IN USA. We have locations in California, Washington State and East Coast for most items for speedy delivery. We also have locations in Canada We also have RUSH shipping options available for most parts but you will need to call after you place your online order for the upgrade.
Any item listed as free shipping to Canada will ship for free but will not include any border or taxes that may be collected upon delivery or in some cases if the item is in our Canadian location we will call you to collect the GST or HST taxes.
If you are outside the lower 48 states, HI or PR. We will call you after to discuss the shipping options and choices you have. In most cases its its not a lot more.
If you are in Canada and the item does not clearly say free shipping to Canada we will also call you discuss the options. Again in most cases its not costly on these small boxes. Canadian's please place you order online, we will call you as soon as we can to discuss the extra shipping rates and the brokerage/duty's rates if the item is not shipping from our Canadian warehouse. The business shipping option means to ship to a business address anywhere in
the USA. It does not mean that only a business or shop can use this service. If you have a
business ship to address or run a business from your home you can use this
option. If you use this option please enter your credit card billing address in
the billing area of the shopping cart and then enter the shipping info after in
the shipping area.
This option applies for the following type of parts:

Hoods
Front bumper only - Same size box as full kit - The shipping is based on size
not weight
Rear bumper only - Same size box as full kit - The shipping is based on size not

Full Body kit and other items. eg. Fenders, hoods but only if the product is

We can ship up to 2 body kit boxes on this 1 rate. Order kits with your friends

Shipping Policy / Damaged Shipments
All shipments are sent with full insurance coverage. Mrbodykit ships all orders
in perfect condition and is not responsible for any damage that my occur during
shipment. MrBodykit shall not be responsible for any late shipments. All
shipping dates given are approximate. Buyer shall not be entitled to charge
backs, reductions of price, or other offsets as result of late shipment or
failure to deliver in the estimated time of delivery as that is out of our control.
FREIGHT
SHIPPING (LARGE ITEMS) You must inspect the
contents of your order BEFORE signing the delivery receipt. Any damages
should
be noted by the driver on your copy of the delivery receipt and you must
make an
insurance claim with the shipping carrier to recover the cost of
repairing damage on shipments. If the item can be repaired with little
effort please except the boxes, meaning if it costs you $100 to repair
it don't refuse it as return costs can be $200+, if the items is
destroyed beyond repair it MUST BE REFUSED with the driver and returned
to our warehouse, at this point we will re-ship a new item and file the
claim on our side. If you do not refuse the shipment in most cases we
can not help you. This is why its important to ship to a trusted address
like a business that someone can inspect the shipment. Freight items
will never be left at your door. They will always require a signature
with any freight carrier.
You must refuse the shipment if it is damaged. If you sign for the parts
you are
signing your name and agree with the shipping company that these parts
are not
damaged, this is done by all carriers. Once you sign that delivery slip
it is in most cases not possible to do
a claim with the shipping company. We try and call each and every
customer with the tracking number so you are aware of the day they will
deliver but it is not up to us to make sure people receiving your goods have been told to inspect. Please arrange to have your parts shipped to an address that trust someone will inspect the freight boxes.
FEDEX, UPS and USPS - Does not require any of the
above. In most cases they will leave the parts at your door. Its also
not possible to inspect items using these carries. The inspection
policy's apply only to freight shipping. If you require signature on
delivery service on FEDEX or UPS please email or call us after you
order, We can do that for you. We are not responsible for shipments that
show delivered but have been stolen from your property. We will work
with you to file a claim with FEDEX or UPS but in most cases they will
not pay this out. Please only ship to a safe address.
Order Return & Cancellation Policy
Canceled orders are subject to a cancellation fee of 15% of the original
purchase
price if canceled for any reason. Special order items may not be canceled
in some cases if we have already ordered the item for you. Orders may
not be canceled
once they have been shipped. We will not pay for return shipping on
returned
product unless its being returned due to a mistake on our side. ALL CARBON FIBER products are FINAL SALE. Unless there is valid reason for the return on a Carbon product we will not take them back. If the reason does seem valid all Carbon fiber parts will be refunded 40% less then the original purchase price of the item. All
bumpers, body kits and hoods will require prep work for paint and in
most cases bodywork. If your body shop does not have the
experience to install or not willing to do the extra work if needed
Mr.Bodykit
is not responsible. Pictures of product must be taken in high resolution
and
emailed to
sales@mrbodykit.com to discuss any issue about items your having
trouble with. Nothing can be done unless pictures are presented to us in
case of a claim or product return or exchange.
Returns must be requested within 5 days of receipt of delivery*. There
will be a 20% restocking fee on any
item(s) returned during this time period. 40% on Carbon products. Returns or exchanges will not be
accepted on any items that have been used, modified, installed, painted,
or
damaged. This includes trying to install the part and damaging it in any
way or altering it to a different state then it was received. Original
shipping charges and return shipping charges are not refundable. Buyer
is responsible for return shipping arrangements.
ALL RETURNED MERCHANDISE MUST RECEIVE PRIOR APPROVAL FROM MRBODYKIT before you send it back and
must have a valid Return # number that we will provide by phone or email.
All item(s) returned must be accompanied by a pre-issued Return
Authorization Number (RA#). You must abide by these instructions to return any
merchandise:
1. Obtain RA#(Return Authorization #) by email or by calling us during business hours.
2. RA# must be clearly marked on the outside carton next to the mailing label of
the return merchandise on the outside of the carton.
3. Merchandise must be on the way back to us withing 5 days of the RMA return # being issued.
4. Any merchandise returned without a valid RA# number may be refused and returned to you at your costs
5. You are responsible for all shipping charges for returns and warranty
issues.
6. All returned merchandise must arrive at Mrbodykit or the address we provide in original condition, including all broken items, instructions. If the item is damaged or lost during return shipment Mrbodykit will not issue any
refund or credit. Please buy insurance on all return merchandise.
*If
the return is a result of our shipping error (we sent the wrong
merchandise or the item is defective) we will try to arrange pick up and
ship the correct item(s) to you
at NO additional cost. If the product is damaged during shipping it is
not our fault and we have no control over the problem, we will file a claim with
the shippers and get your parts replaced as fast as we can for you. We will
ship you a new
part at no additional cost. If you choose to cancel your order at this
point the order is subject to the cancellation fee of 15% if you choose
not to take another item in exchange.
GIFT CARDS & STORE CREDIT
Gift card refunds or canceled gift cards. All gift cards are issued as store credit once order is placed. If you choose to cancel a gift card after purchase there will be a 15% penalty on the refund off the original amount. Any processing fee's that were charged at the time of purchase either online or by phone will also not be refunded.
Credit Card Refunds
If money is being returned back to your credit card we do not refund the
processing fee of 4% from your original order. If we are
returning the money back to your card because you have requested it or
ordered
by mistake we can not return the original processing fee of 4% from the
total
purchase value. The 15% cancellation fee will still apply to any cancelled ordered. If we are returning the money due to problems with parts
in some
circumstances or overcharging then you will not be held against this
policy. If

Please note: If we do a refund to your credit card it will take up to 5-7 business days
depending on your bank.
